Newpark Resort offers 127 guest rooms and suites, including seven two-bedroom townhomes. Standard Rooms measure 350 square feet and feature a queen bed and a living room with a gas fireplace. One Bedroom Luxury Suites span 750 square feet and include a private king bedroom, a separate living room with a gas fireplace, and a queen sleeper sofa. Each of Newpark's 750-square-foot One Bedroom Luxury Suites features a 32' HDTV. Two Bedroom Luxury Suites, uniting a Standard Room and One Bedroom Luxury Suite, each measure 1,100-square-foot and feature a private king bedroom and a private queen bedroom. Two-bedroom townhomes feature fully equipped kitchens, living areas with a gas fireplace, a single-car garage, and a personal deck. Each suite and townhome includes a private deck with a freshly filled hot tub. All rooms have ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a sitting area, free toiletries, cookware/kitchen utensils, an AM/FM alarm clock, and a flat-screen TV.
